Dr. Manuel Lobeira has over 25 years of experience developing innovative radio frequency subsystems and is a co-owner of ACORDE Technologies. He is the co-author of more than 45 publications and standards contributions. Before joining ACORDE, Dr. Lobeira was a researcher at the University of Cantabria and a visiting member of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) Special Task Force. Dr. Lobeira holds Master’s and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cantabria, as well as an MBA from ESIC.
Santiago Díaz holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cantabria, a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Auditing, and an MBA from the Autonomous University of Madrid. With over 20 years of experience in various management and auditing positions at several companies, some of them publicly traded, he joined ACORDE in 2010, where he served as Director of Internal Management and Quality.
José María Quintial holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering (specializing in Radio Frequency) from the University of Cantabria. He began his career in the communications engineering department of DICOM before moving to the private sector, where he worked for several companies, including INDRA ESPACIO. There, he participated in aerospace projects involving communications stations, primarily for the EGNOS system and the SPAINSAT and XTAR satellites. In 2007, he joined ACORDE, participating in civil and defense satcom projects. Over the years, he developed his expertise in different areas of the company as a developer and project manager, eventually becoming Manager of the S&T division in 2024.
Oscar Martín is a Telecommunications Engineer with over 25 years of experience providing robust, high-performance turnkey solutions to demanding clients in both the public and private sectors. With technical training in various communications and security technologies, he offers consulting and engineering services across different industries (government, logistics, transportation, etc.). A customer-focused professional, he has experience in all phases of a project. He is currently Co-Manager of the S&T division.
