I.- Users

Anyone who accesses and/or uses the acorde.com website acquires the status of user, fully and unreservedly accepting, from the moment of access/use, the general conditions set forth herein, as well as any specific conditions that, where applicable, complement, modify, or replace the general conditions in relation to certain services and content on the website.

The user agrees to use the website and its services and content without violating current legislation, good faith, generally accepted practices, and public order. Likewise, any use of the website for illegal or harmful purposes against ACORDE or any third party is prohibited, as well as any action that causes damage or impedes the normal operation of the website. The establishment of any type of hyperlink to ACORDE’s websites is subject to the following conditions:

V.- Exclusion of guarantees and liability

ACORDE does not guarantee or assume liability, under any circumstances, for any damages that may arise from:

  • The lack of usefulness, suitability, or validity of the website and/or its services or content to meet the user’s specific needs.
  • The presence of viruses or other malicious programs in the content.

  • The illicit, negligent, fraudulent, or use by the user that is contrary to these General Conditions, good faith, generally accepted practices, or public order.

VI.- Duration

The website and its services are offered for an indefinite period. However, ACORDE reserves the right to interrupt, cancel, or terminate the website or any of the services included therein, under the terms indicated in the third condition.

VII.- Intellectual Property

In order to protect potential intellectual property rights, if a user or third party believes their rights have been violated by the inclusion of certain content on the website, they must notify ACORDE, indicating:

  • Personal details of the owner of the allegedly infringed rights. If the claim is filed by a third party other than the interested party, they must provide proof of their legal representation.

  • Proof of the intellectual property rights indicated.

VIII.- Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. ACORDE and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile to resolve any dispute arising from access to the website. If the user resides outside of Spain, ACORDE and the user submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Santander.
